How long is the trip and when does it leave?
Afternoon: 14:30 to 18:30, four hours, around ninety minutes of that at the swim stop. Evening: 19:00 to 22:00, three hours into the sunset, no swim stop.
Where is the meeting point?
Central Palma de Mallorca. The exact address with a map link is on the e-ticket you receive by email right after booking. Please be there 15 minutes early.
What should I bring?
Swimwear and a towel for the swim stop, sun protection, and a light jacket for the evening trip. Everything else is on board.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. After that the booking is binding. If a trip is cancelled due to weather you get a full refund.
Is the trip suitable for children?
Yes. Children are welcome; at the swim stop they should be able to swim or wear a life jacket — jackets are on board.
